The promotion of the affiliate scheme must not include traffic building on any of the shown sites or methods used. Any infringement the webmasters account will be terminated immediately and all funds owing will be forfeited.

1. Promotion using bulk e-mail or Spam the use of an Opt In mailing list is acceptable.
2. Promotion on a site using Pirated or non licensed content that violate the owners intellectual property rights.
3. Promotion on sites that promote violence or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
4. Promotion on sites that depict or promote child pornography, bestiality, warez, password selling or trading.
5. Promotion on sites of any unlawful activities.
6. Promotion on sites that use multi-level marketing (MLM).
7. Promotion on sites that contain content that is threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, or harassing.

Any promotional schemes other than use of accepted methods provided within the webmasters area must be agreed with us before proceeding. From time to time we will agree a promotional campaign with webmasters to increase sales.  Every customer who buys a product through this affiliate scheme that you promote is deemed to be a customer of Britishsexvideo.com. You do not have the authority to make or accept any offer of purchase on our behalf outside of the traffic generation from your affiliate link.

Webmasters are paid @ 45% net income. Higher commissions are negotiable depending on the individuals sales. Refunds and Chargebacks including any fees the promoting webmaster is liable for those costs that are attributed to his sales. Payment method is negotiable, we are paid in $ US Dollars weekly and twice monthly usually around the 1st and the 15th of the month our processors CCBill and Epoch are very reliable. Your first payment will be made 4 weeks from date of joining and acceptance then two weeks cycle there after or by individual negotiation. Minimum payment is $100 USD any incomes under that figure will be carried over and grouped with next pay periods incomes. We will make payments in the following currencies and at the exchange rate on the date of payment, $ USDollars, Euro and GBPounds. Payment is made by us via a bank to bank transfer which is very low cost to the webmaster and clears usually 3-4 working days.

Affiliate stats area is simple and practical and you can see click through information and exact sales details of all the downloads that your customers have purchased. Your customers referred via your affiliate code remain locked throughout their purchasing period and will only cease when the client requests that their account is removed by us. During their period of account all sales generated you will receive payment for.

Web hosting we use the most reliable hosting for our shop but like any technical electrical item at times it may be off line for any updates, reboots or providers maintenance and this is kept to low volume hours where possible and other issues will be resolved also as soon as possible. We take no responsibility for the affiliates hosting arrangements.

You will be solely responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site. For example, you will be solely responsible for: the technical operation of your site and all related equipment creating and posting product descriptions on your site and linking those descriptions to our Web site the accuracy and appropriateness of materials posted on your site (including, among other things, all product related materials) ensuring that materials posted on your site do not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party (including, for example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights) ensuring that materials posted on your site are not libellous or otherwise illegal.

We disclaim all liability for these matters. Further, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, damages and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys fees) relating to the development, operation, maintenance and contents of your site.

Promotional Material:
We supply and host banner designs of various sizes to include display graphics and grant the affiliate use of the code provided to display on the affiliates web site. Any promotional material produced by the affiliate and served separately must be approved before adding the links to the shop. We tailor promotional media to suite each affiliates needs and types of niche traffic.

The use of any provided free content is solely for the purpose of marketing your affiliate and not for creating pages that multi market other affiliated schemes you may operate. All content we supply conforms to the 18 U.S.C 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements.

Upon cancellation or termination of this Agreement, you agree to cease all use of any promotional material supplied or links to media served on our servers.
