My DVD player has not got DivX?
Check the players manufacturers web site they may have a firmware update for your machine if not many new machines now have the DivX player on board and are cheap enough to upgrade to as it is a format that is now very popular.
When I try to play the DivX movie in Real Player or Media Player I get sound but no picture and a Codec Error?
You need to download the latest DivX player (with codec included) DIVX LINK HERE it is free and you will get the best results from the dedicated player.
How many Emails will I receive when I create an account and place an order?
You will receive the following emails.
1: Confirmation of the personal shopping account that you created you
will only receive this once.
2: When placing an order you will receive a confirmation mail of the items in your shopping cart.ORDER PROCESS note
3: When placing an order you will receive a confirmation receipt from our
billing company CCBill. An order is not confirmed until your Credit Card has cleared through the processor
4: You will also receive another mail that provides you with your
User/Pass to access the download area to retrieve your order, please note this
is different to the one you created for your shopping account. If you have a free email account like
Hotmail, Yahoo, Aol etc. and you do not receive your access email in a reasonable time please check any Spam
or bulk mail folders in your email account for the email. You can now get information on how to access your download area in Your Account so you no longer need to wait for this mail.
When I fill in your form to create an account it asks for my telephone number why do you need that?
That is in case we have any billing issues or we need to contact you about any concerns on your order. We do not contact you to try and sell you anything in the future and neither do we release your information to any third parties. When you close your account we delete all your details from our database.
The receipt I have confirming the payment from Processor states "Shipping Address" and "Billing Address"?
This is how the receipt works via the billing company being used. As it states above Nothing is sent to your home address.
What information will show on my Credit Card statement?
The amount you have been billed for and our billing companies name: CCBill or EPOCH.NET
How long do I have to download my order?
You have 48 hours before the order expires however if you need more time or you have had a connection problem with your ISP just Contact Us and we will assist you.
What is your refunds policy?
We will make a refund where all avenues to electronically delivery your order to you have been exhausted. We do not refund generally as we feel all programmes are well described and if you are not sure it is what you want we suggest you contact us and ask for advice before you order. Delays in your ISP delivering your email to you is not our responsibility and it is your requirement to furnish a working email address free of spam filters to receive the mail we send you to complete your order. Your ISP failure does not constitute a refund, however we do our best to assist you and can reset your download area so you can retrieve your order items. Continued re-sets are chargeable again we are flexable.

I now have two sets of passwords which one do I use for the downloads area to retrieve my order?
The user/pass you created for your account access is just for that
purpose. The User/Pass sent to you with your order is for the downloads area.
[Download Area] Username = Goes in the top box
[Download Area] Password = Goes in the lower box (Please note they are
case sensitive). There are two download areas now and if your order is incomplete in one then login to two or vice versa and it will be there for you.
My user pass to the downloads area is not being accepted?
If you have a Firewall or Browser securities set too high this may be the cause. A medium security setting is more than adequate. Do not use any download managers they are not needed so if you have any issues from those turn them off.
Why are there two processing companies in the shop?
There is two processors CCBill and Paycom both trusted secure processors accepting Visa and Mastercard plus debit cards Switch and Solo plus others. If you have issues with one then try the other.
I am with AOL and have dowload issues?
The browser supplied with the AOL service has issues downloading larger movie files. Follow the instructions in the Free area and also shown in your downloads area marked (Item 2 Important )
